Chicken salad is a time-honored tradition in the South. This version is simple, but so delicious.

mayo

halved seedless grapes

finely diced celery

sweet pickle relish

finely diced white onion

chopped walnuts

kosher salt, or to taste

coarse ground black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Place in fridge for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
serve as sandwiches, scoop on a mixed green or tomato salad, or enjoy with crackers.
