Chili Rub

This quick chili rub is perfect to add some rich flavors to grilled pork chops, chicken breasts or even veggies on the grill!

Ingredients

  • 1 TBS paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1.5 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle powder or cayenne.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until incorporated.
