Description
Chicken salad is a time-honored tradition in the South. This version is simple, but so delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pulled chicken
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup halved seedless grapes
- 1/3 cup finely diced celery
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup finely diced white onion
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt, or to taste
- 3/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- serve as sandwiches, scoop on a mixed green or tomato salad, or enjoy with crackers.
