This easy to make glaze is perfect for roasted or smoked chicken, game hens, or even wild game.
Ingredients

- 1//2 cup peach preserves
- 1 TBS dijon mustard
- 1.5 TBS soy sauce
- 1.5 TBS honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Brush on poulty in last few minutes of cooking.
