Super simple and quick, these Peach Glazed Pork Chops will have your family asking for more!
4 thick pork chops
1 TBS Melissa’s Grillin’ Shake
1 TBS Melissa’s Garlic Blend
For the Glaze
8 oz Melissa’s Peach Rosemary Jam, or your favorite peach jam
1 tsp minced fresh thyme
2 TBS stone-ground mustard
1 TBS balsamic vinegar
Season both sides of pork chops with a layer of Garlic Blend and a layer of Grillin’ Shake. If you don’t have those, your favorite grill seasoning will work.
Heat your grill to medium-hot, with a 2-zone fire. Oil your grates. Grill chops approximately 4 minutes each side, or until 140 degrees. While chops are cooking, mix glaze ingredients in a small saucepan, and heat on grill until bubbly. Glaze chops when they are around 135 degrees internal temperature. Allow to get to 140, then remove and rest for 5 minutes. Serve with remaining glaze.
