Instructions
For my sauce, I don't want it blazing hot, so I stemmed and seeded the peppers. If you omit that step, your sauce will be much spicier. Change number of peppers as desired.
chop onion, bell pepper, garlic and fresno peppers and place on pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast in oven until cooked and blackening in spots.
Place roasted ingredients along with other ingredients in a blender and puree. Pour into a sauce pan and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Use as a marinade, or brush on as you are cooking.
