Calories:
- 4 turkey legs
- 1/2 cup Melissa's Classic BBQ rub or your favorite
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 2 TBS sriracha
Prepare smoker to run at 275 degrees with your favorite wood. I chose cherry for these.Season turkey legs heavily with BBQ rub and place on smoker. Using a meat thermometer, moniter the internal temperature. When the internal temperature gets to 160 degrees, make the glaze by combining vinegars, sugar, honey, garlic, and sriracha in a sauce pan. Bring to a heavy boil while constantly whisking until glaze is reduced to a syrupy consistency. Baste on turkey legs. Remove turkey legs from smoker when they hit over 165 degrees internal temperature.
