Ingredients

12 oz French Green Beans or Haricot Vert
1/4–1/3 cup water
1 TBS cooking olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Melissa’s Lucky 7 Seasoning Blend
S&P, to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add green beans and water. Cover, and let steam for 6-8 minutes, checking occasionally. When beans are getting tender, drain off water, add oil, garlic, and Lucky 7 to pan and sauté to crisp up the beans and cook the garlic. Add Salt and Pepper to taste, and serve.
