Blackberry and White Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Pour white balsamic in a small sauce pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add blackberries, and using a whisk or fork begin to mash them as they heat. Pour in honey.
  3. Bring to a boil, whisking often. Cook until reduced by at least half, and the glaze coats the back of a spoon.
  4. Pour glaze through a fine mesh strainer. Allow to cool before using.
